At Adornne Couture, we strive to provide premium products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you smoothly and transparently.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

A complete product unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return, refund, or exchange claim.

The return request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 3).
1.2 To initiate a return, please email us at adornnecouture@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images or video proof.
⚠️ Important:
If the unboxing video is not shared or is incomplete, no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted. The responsibility lies with the customer to record and share the video as proof.
2. Return Process
2.1 Follow these steps to return an item:
Step 1: Contact our customer support by email at adornnecouture@gmail.com.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and share return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Pack the product securely to prevent any transit damage and ship it through a reliable courier service.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified about the return status.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized products.

Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Products showing signs of wear or damage not caused by Adornne Couture.

Accessories and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons).
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will initiate a refund within 3–4 business days after reviewing the item.
4.2 Refunds may be adjusted for any applicable shipping or handling charges.
4.3 The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
4.4 If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned period, please check with your bank before contacting us.
⚠️ Note: Refunds will only be processed after proper verification of the product and shared unboxing video. If the product does not meet our return conditions, no refund will be issued.
5. Exchange Policy
5.1 We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
5.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
5.3 Unboxing video proof is mandatory for all exchange requests.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
6.1 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images and an unboxing video.
6.2 After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
7.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
7.2 In case of exchanges or returns due to size or color preferences, shipping costs are non-refundable.
